News: Defence goes “moment of need”

EPSI recently implemented its Smart Support Solution to the Department of Defence to enable “moment of need” support for Defence’s user community. Moment of need support or context sensitive help is about delivering the right information to the user when they need it!

This information could vary from the company policies & procedures to help screens (visual simulations) on how to actually enter data into the corporate application system.
